Domestic Assistance
If you are living with dementia and need some domestic assistance to stay in your home longer, or are a carer who would benefit from respite care, we can help you with a complete suite of Home Care Services. Home help services include basic household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping. Our community support workers are able to undertake light duties that you would normally carry out.
WHAT WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE?
Our home care services are delivered by our highly skilled, friendly staff who travel around the community every day providing care services. They are experienced in caring for people living with dementia and will tailor your care plan to your specific needs.
We provide respite care, senior home care, personal care, dementia care, aged care services and meal preparation services at reasonable prices.In order to ensure we are able to provide a safe working environment it is your responsibility to supply all recommended equipment and products.
WHAT WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO?
We are unable to provide heavy cleaning such as window washing, cleaning of ovens, moving of furniture. Please note that for Occupational Health & Safety reasons we do not allow our community care workers to use the following items:
♦ Abrasive cleaners such as Exit Mould, bleach or Domestos
♦ Corrosive chemical cleaners , abrasive cloths or steelo type scrub pads and chemicals which are not from the original bottle or container.
